Raised just six miles from the salon, she is deeply rooted in caring for her community and the people within it. Powhatan, Virginia is her home.

With over 13 years of behind-the-chair experience, she brings deep technical knowledge into a leadership role focused on education, standards, and long-term success.

A licensed educator, business coach, and holder of over 100 certifications, Kati leads with intention, strategy, and thoughtful structure.

Her passion is supporting stylists in building strong, sustainable careers while elevating the client experience through innovative thinking, mentorship, and community-driven values.
