I understand how much work it takes to build a clientele and keep a business running. I've lived it myself, and successfully done it time and time again for many stylists.

For 9 years, I have created A Signature Salon to be the kind of place I wanted, and needed, to support all aspects of modern day life. It's become a shared space of independent teammates who live and love, with grace and authenticity.

I’m looking for an experienced stylist who brings strong guest relationships, pride in their work and a career they have already invested years into building.

Do I need a completely full clientele?

No. An active clientele is strongly preferred, but we understand that a stylist’s book can change because of relocation, family, reduced hours or a shift in priorities.

We consider your experience, quality of work, retention, production history and existing guest relationships—not simply how many openings are currently on your schedule.

How flexible is the schedule?

Our goal is to create a schedule that supports both your career and your life. Working days, hours, time off and preferred services are discussed individually.

Will I still have professional freedom?

Yes. Focus on the services you enjoy, develop your specialty, shape your schedule and contribute to conversations about pricing and the direction of your work.

A Signature Salon maintains the final pricing structure so the guest experience can remain consistent. Your knowledge and perspective want to heard, and prices will be tailored to your goals. No rebooking goals, numbers needed for a raise, or threats for more. This is your life, I am here to help you build it.

What does the salon handle?

A Signature Salon manages the operating structure surrounding your work: booking, confirmations, client communication, marketing, inventory, color and backbar, payment processing, cleaning services, salon maintenance, guest support, recordkeeping and W-2 payroll. Is there something more you need? We will work together to create a support system tailored to the chapter you are in.

How is compensation structured?

This is a W-2 commission opportunity. Compensation and complete employment details are discussed privately and transparently so you can evaluate the entire opportunity—not simply one percentage.
