About Our Salon as A Signature Stylist. 

We are passionate about the self care we teach our clients, and the self care practiced within. We believe in work life balance and being able to create that for our stylists is imperative to an excellent day, everyday while employed with us.

Things are booming! This wonderful Powhatan community, as well as the surrounding counties, are growing at a rapid pace. Our salon is currently holding a steady waitlist of 2-4 weeks, offering is a unique opportunity for an individual to work, with flexibility. You may work as much or as little as you want, having a dedicated workspace for private access. (20 hours per week is preferred) Sunday access can be granted after training is completed.

We are a W-2, commission salon where our Signature Stylists' make a fabulous living. Our hourly rates create a simple to understand conversation, with the ability to predict your paycheck in real time. 

With many years of business behind us, we’ve established a wonderful relationship with our community, leading to excellent retention and very little no shows or cancellations. We’ve worked hard to maintain a leading reputation and rapport with our guests and hope that our next stylist will continue this with us for years to come.

Through consistent education, determination and the desire to provide the best for our stylists and community, we are able to bring in new, market funnel clientele into our salon everyday. To us, it is important our stylists are servicing the guests they are comfortable with and preforming only the services they enjoy doing.
