Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a 50% fee.

Saturdays are our busiest—cancellations within 72 hours will be charged a 50% fee.
Holiday weeks/weekends: cancellations within 7 days also incur a 50% fee.

Late Arrivals:

• 10+ minutes late with no call (30-min service) = 50% fee
• 15+ minutes late with no call (60-min+ service) = 50% fee
